FIND OUT MORE
THE FIVE KEYS
You have natural qualities and talents with which you can make a difference in your world! These unique characteristics are embedded in who you are. You don’t have to work harder to be able to make an indelible impact in your world; you can begin by discovering who you naturally are!
Keys distinguishes five different keys. Each key accesses something that makes you unique. These different keys are the result of years of research into the many ways that people interact, work and live with each other.
THE GIFTS
…the heart of your character
Your Gifts tell a story; they tell who you are in relation to others. They are the ways in which you naturally act to make a difference in the lives of people around you. Perhaps you are not even aware of this; you act the way you do without thinking about it. But in the things you do effortlessly and intuitively there is great power. Your Gifts make you unique and enable you to add incredible value to someone else’s life!

THE LENS
…through which you look
You may not be aware of it, but you look at the world around you in your unique way. In places where people work together for a common goal, your Lens makes certain things stand out to you, things others may hardly notice! There are things that are important to you that other people may not see as important. This lens is incredibly valuable; when you share what you see, you can bring a valuable perspective.

THE FOCUS
… that guides you
You are naturally focused on particular areas. Where the Lens is what you see, the Focus is where you see it. For example, some people are particularly focused on individuals, while others focus more on what happens in the world. Each focus area is equally valuable. It’s the area in which you are motivated to make a difference, where you really come into your own!

THE TALENTS
… you work with
In every process where something has to be realised, you have an important contribution to make! You have natural talents, and with these talents you can help to make a difference. At Keys we distinguish between different talents in the process where something goes from an idea to the realisation of that idea. When you know what your talents are, you will understand more fully how to work to your strengths.
Context – The realisation flow: processes where something is created or realised.

THE VALUES
…you carry
Your values are the things in life which, deep down, matter to you most. When you become aware of your values, you may begin to see why you feel great in certain situations and feel deeply disturbed in others. You carry your values with you. You always sense whether a situation aligns with your values of not. Share what you feel, because by standing for your values, you contribute to a positive environment in which people can make a difference!
