ACTIVATOR COURSE – INDIVIDUAL
This course is designed to help you apply Keys’ methodology and tools as a professional. You will learn about the Keys philosophy, the 5 keys, and our Activation Track, tailored to your unique profile. After this course you will be able to take someone on the journey of discovering and understanding their Keys DNA profile and activating it! This Activator Course leads to certification as a Keys activator.
WHO IS IT FOR
This course is designed for professionals looking to apply the Keys method in their work. The course can also be taken by anyone who want to further develop their understanding of the Keys.
PROGRAMME CONTENT
- You will learn the basic fundamentals of Keys.
- Using your own profile, you will learn what type of Keys activator you are.
- You learn to interpret personal Keys profiles in a team setting.
- You will learn how to guide someone through the Keys Activation Track.
- You will learn to unlock someone’s full potential.
The first six days of the training will be devoted to teaching you everything you need to know about the Keys profile. The remaining days are focused on the Keys Activation Track and your role and skills as an activator. Those days will be more practical as the focus will lie on practicing the Activation Track with others and reflecting on your practice.
RESULT
The course leads to certifcation as Keys activator. You will have a thorough knowledge of the Keys tools and how to apply them using the Keys Activation Track. You will be equipped to use the Track to help individuals discover what they are naturally good at.

METHOD
The training consists of 10 sessions. A meeting starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:30 PM.
Participants
Our courses are given in small groups of 8-12 participants.
The trainers
The training is given by experienced Keys specialists. The trainers are experienced in both the practical application and theoretical background of Keys.
Prior knowledge
No prior knowledge is required.
Certification
Successful completion of the course will be awarded with a Keys Individual Activator certificate. Completion of this course is a condition for access to the Keys Team Activator course. This will give you the skills and knowledge to activate teams to achieve their potential.
